Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. For custom or personalized shirts, processing begins after we receive all required artwork, wording, selections, and other order details.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During holidays, launches, severe weather, or periods of high order volume, processing or delivery may take longer.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Choosing an expedited shipping method speeds up carrier transit after the order is ready; it does not shorten production or processing time.

Tracking and carrier delays

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. Carrier delays, weather events, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery estimates.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at thesundayshirtstore@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered production or shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania when shown at checkout. Please wait until you receive a pickup-ready notification before arriving. Pickup instructions will be included in that notification.

Missing, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members and nearby delivery locations, then contact the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email thesundayshirtstore@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can help.
